The SCHJA Horse Show Scholarship is intended to provide financial support to qualified junior riders who demonstrate talent and success as a rider, proper horsemanship abilities, a financial need, and who demonstrate high moral character. All applicants must be members of SCHJA. The Scholarship may be used to offset any costs associated directly with any USEF rated horse show sanctioned by the SCHJA during the 2026 horse show season. Significant consideration will be given to those riders nearing the end of their junior career. DEADLINE TO APPLY IS January 1, 2026.
The SCHJA Mini-Scholarship awards $1000 toward any SCHJA Junior Rider member showing at 2′6″ or under who demonstrates horsemanship abilities, high moral character and a financial need for use during the next show season. Submit your application along with a trainer letter of recommendation by January 1, 2026.
